Parkour is a dynamic form of training where the goal is to get from one place to another using different techniques. It is a mentally challenging sport and has an aesthetic perspective on it.

In House of Concrete, movement is always at the center when we practice parkour. The various movement techniques are used to overcome obstacles and challenges by jumping, swinging and vaulting. Despite this, there is a strong focus on the mental aspects of training and we work towards moving confidently.

In House of Concrete, great value is attached to the traditional ideas within parkour, which originate from method natural, and "etre fort pour etre utile" which is translated into English with "being strong to be useful".
